I have been trying to create this post for three days, but blogger wasn't letting me upload pictures. When we lived in Utah, I did yoga twice a week with my friend Leslie and our amazing teacher, Deni. After moving here, I never did find a teacher or class I enjoyed as much as my old one. But we have fun doing yoga at home. Erica can do a 45 minute yoga video for adults! Here is our newest yoga baby. I tried to use the names of actual poses. :)
"Upward Facing Dog"
"Happy Baby"
"Seated Forward Bend" with assistance
"Child's Pose"
"Side Plank Pose" - we're still working on this one
No yoga pose here - just an irresistable SMILE!
He can also do the Cat or Table pose - getting up on all fours. But he gets shy when I bring out the camera.
He is getting so big and is so cute. That smile of his is contagious! I can't believe that Erica can do an entire 45 min. yoga video. Even I have trouble doing a 30 minute one. (=
ReplyDeleteJacob is adorable! Those are great pictures.
ReplyDeleteThat is too cute. Our babies are growing up way too fast for me!
ReplyDeleteso cute!!! I love your family! We had such a fun time with you on Saturday! I am going to post the three bears soon...so watch for those. I will also send you the pics i took. They are really dark, but sometimes that is fixable. Oh and what yoga video do you use? We would like to start doing yoga...
ReplyDeleteLove you!
Michelle
I can fully appreciate this post, as I LOVE Yoga. Cubby also likes to do it before bed, and says, "I do Yoga!" I envy their flexibility.
ReplyDeleteI love the baby yoga. I still have not tried yoga yet but I really want to take a class. I will have to see if there is a class a BYU-I I can take. Cute pictures.
ReplyDeleteSo, how sad is it that your 7-month old looks more graceful doing yoga than I do?? I'm getting better, though. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have to love that smile and those blue eyes!
