Gandolph

Gandolph is the name of our latest winter storm. It dumped snow and VERY cold temperatures on top of our snow from Christmas that still hasn't melted. These are our current temperatures:

We have had more snow this year than I remember seeing in my life. I'm guessing we've had about 3-4 feet total (not all at once).

The best part? It's so BEAUTIFUL!! (Rob & Erica would add sledding here, but that's for another post) I also love the sound it makes crunching under my boots.

The worst part? Our raingutters have been frozen for 3 weeks and every few days freezing water starts dripping in our bedroom window.

Here are some pictures of our devised contraption that allows us to pour rock salt on our second story raingutter around the edge of our house.
