- His calf muscles
- His talent for being an amazing dad
2 compliments I make about him to my friends:
- The piano music he has composed
- His gift for teaching
- Intelligence
- Fabulous blue eyes
- Kindness, positive attitude, determination, contagious laugh, and Ultimate skills (I couldn't narrow it down)
- The day we got stopped by a police officer for "harassing an alligator"

- His own Subaru Forester (I'd have my own vehicle)
- A fully equipped and fully padded martial arts studio
2 things I would miss the most if he left for two weeks:
- Watching Rob wrestle with the kids
- Being able to run errands while the kids are napping
- He knows something about everything!
- He is great at Capoeira (a Brazilian martial art)
2 favorite dates:
- When we went to Preference at BYU, the one where I wore my green formal dress and we danced at Thanksgiving Point
- Valentines Day 2001, when Rob filled my entire car with flowers
2 funny things I love about him:
- he appreciates so many different types of music - classically trained voices, country, musicals, Christian, soft rock, etc.
- he prefers Vanilla over any other ice cream flavor
- Provo, Utah
- Seattle, Washington
2 favorite vacations
- Honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico
- Three week trek across the Western United States - 60+ hours in the car with two toddlers and we still love each other :)
2 future vacations I look forward to:
2 things we look forward to doing together later in life:
- Owning a house with a dishwasher and a fenced in backyard
- Taking classes together at a University
This is so great Julie. It's a great idea and I love all of the pictures. You are a wonderful wife and now you have posted proof online for all to see. And to see that you have a pretty great husband as well. I almost made your act of love all about you. :)

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for putting that in. It gave me a moment to ponder on all the wonderful things that I love about my husband. It actually make me cry when you wrote about what you would miss if they were gone for two weeks...Nigel will be gone for the month of October!
