Happy Halloween!!

Even if you only read the last sentence of this post, it will be worth it.

(isn't the stem for a nose the COOLEST THING EVER?)
Our lil' pumpkin family. Should've bought a baby one, too!

Three sweet things happened today. I was feeling a little sad to not be able to be at the school parade, class parties, and trick-or-treating tonight.
First, without even being asked, both Maren and my friend Sarah emailed and text me photos of my kids at school.
Second, Erica brought me home THIS from trick-or-treating (she doesn't like chocolate). In fairness, Robby & Jacob contributed a few, too. :)
Third, when I explained this morning to Jacob that I was sad I couldn't be at his class party today, he gave me a huge hug and said, "It's okay, Mom. I feel you with me even when you're not there." Melt my heart.
