Some of our very best friends from Seattle, the Barkdulls, came down to Utah for Spring Break. We followed them to Moab so we could see them more. :) We could only stay for two nights since we had Zoe to get back to. But it was enough for some decent hiking, seeing arches, and roasting Peeps. What more did we need?
We stayed at Canyonlands campground - I highly recommend it. It's right in the heart of downtown Moab, so everything was close. It has a playground and heated swimming pool. We stayed in these cabins. They are no-frills as far as space, but do have heat, AC, a screened in porch, a fridge and a TV (which we didn't have time for).
Erica and Emilia just picked up where they left off. I still can picture them as 2-yr olds playing together!
Robby, Jacob, Eli, and Emery. Jacob and Eli also picked up where they never even started! We moved when they were so young, so it was fun to see a friendship grow.
Robby's sand art.
Arches National Park
I have memories as a child of going to Balanced Rock. I wasn't even sure what park or state it was in, so I was very excited to find it!
Our crew (most of it).

Friends!
Landscape Arch
A Roasted Peep. Poor thing never had a chance.
Ella & Robby were best friends since they were 9 months old. They also just picked up where they left off.
Thank you, Barkdulls, for driving down here! It was so fun to see you. We miss you so much already.
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun! I would love to hang out with you and the Barkdulls again.
