Happy 9th Birthday, Robby!

I love this kid. He is handsome, sweet, hilarious, witty, and intelligent. He can also beat all of us at chess. He is likable and friendly - other kids are drawn to him. I feel so lucky to be his mom.

Robby's karate studio (Bobby Lawrence Studio) was a great place to have a party. The owner, Miki Lawrence, and his wife led the party and bought the cake. The best part? Robby actually earned a free party for getting straight A's last year. Awesome? Pretty much.

Even more awesome? Cutting the cake with a REAL sword!

 They let us invite Robby's entire class.

 At what other party do you have to do sit-ups?

A party isn't a party without a friendly game of dodgeball.

Robby was excited about the baseball cards Erica gave him (her teacher last year gave out baseball cards to his students, encouraging collections)

You can NEVER go wrong with a Wii game. Paper Mario. (Okay, maybe this is for me, too).
