We had a fabulous weekend with Grandma! We ate breakfast at Erica's school and went to visit her two classrooms. Erica wanted to show Grandma everything. We all drove to Snoqualmie Falls (brrr...) and then took Erica shopping at the outlet malls in North Bend. The deals were amazing! Some of the pictures are of Erica posing in her new clothes...thanks Grandma and Aunt Heather - she looks adorable! My mom really enjoyed the fall colors since she's from Gilbert, AZ, where the high today is 97 degrees! If you notice that many of the pictures are of Erica, it is because she enjoys posing. Just like I did when I was little.
We miss Grandma already. She was a huge help and we had a lot of fun - playing outside, doing puzzles, shopping, eating out and reading books. It was extra fun because her sister lives up here with all my cousins, so we were able to hang out with them, too.

My family is in town right now too. And I LOVE the fall colors. We didn't get much of that in CA or TX.

ReplyDeleteoh my, I love all the colors. So beautiful. I guess i just see too much brown in Arizona. I bet it was nice to have your mom come and visit and go shopping! I love seeing pictures of Erica. She is so big.

ReplyDeleteOh my...I just can't get over all the pictures with those leaves! I have never seen pink before in Autumn! BEAUTIFUL! I got so jealous when I saw the one of just the trees. Gorgeous :o) How fun to have your mom there!

ReplyDeleteWow, Jules, those leaves are incredible! SO gorgeous! Our leaves aren't doing so good this year because it's been such a dry summer--mostly just dying and falling off. But the girls have had fun raking them into piles and "jumping" into them... :) I miss you--good luck with weaning little Mister Jacob!
